No Quibble 90-Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with all aspects of your experience with Addabow, that's why we offer a 'no quibble' extended '90-day return policy' to ensure you are happy with your purchase and your recipient is happy with their gift.
For non-faulty goods, your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (your order email confirmation will be perfect). To start a return, please contact us either by emailing email@example.com or by calling our Freephone number 08001072344. We’ll give you simple instructions on how and where to send your package, all you pay for is the postage cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a secure delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt, as these services insure the package in case it goes missing in transit. The product does remains your responsibility until it has been received by Addabow. Sorry but we can not accept responsibility for products you have tried to return but which get lost or damaged in the post.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would like items damaged in transit to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We understand if you have sent someone a gift that this may not always be possible, so where you have sent a gift to someone who doesn't live at your address we can accept a delayed notification of damage in transit of up to 72 hours after receipt of delivery. If we are not informed of an item damaged in transit within 72 hours, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods. For any damaged or faulty item please contact us either by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our Freephone number 08001072344 and we will email you a postage paid returns label for you to return your item. For faulty or damaged items we will look to either issue a refund or to send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We are sorry but we are unable to process refunds, returns or exchanges for gift wrapping or for handwritten cards where you or your recipient have received your chosen card which has been personalised with a handwritten message or you have received your chosen gift wrapping for a non faulty item. For faulty or damaged items we will of course refund the cost of giftwrapping or send a replacement item gift wrapped in line with your preference.
Simply return your item in line with our returns policy. Once your item is received by Addabow we can either issue a full refund (see below) or process an exchange, whichever you prefer. If your new item is cheaper than the value of your returned item we will of course refund the difference. If your new item is more expensive than your returned item we will require payment of the difference in value ahead of shipping your item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (i.e. in the case of a non faulty item we've checked it was in it's original condition) If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned item but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
